Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Luy Money mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in jurisdictions that require it) to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your login with anyone else.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• Some content is available only to paying members. Plans and prices are shown in the App before you purchase.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions run for the term you purchase and give access to member content for that period.
• Promo and referral codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once member content has been accessed.
• We may change prices for future terms; changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download, resell or redistribute member content;
• Share your account or otherwise give non-members access to paid content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
• Upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material, including in comments and support chat;
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content;
• Interfere with the operation of the App or the experience of other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All videos, articles, graphics, text and software in the App are owned by Luy Money or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view content in the App for your own use only.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of comments, messages and images you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use them for operating the App. We may remove user content that breaches these Terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and content may be added, modified or removed. Maintenance, updates or issues at third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, in which case remaining subscription time may be forfeited without refund.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Luy Money is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or investment losses arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
